How does the ₹500 fee work?+
It's a one-time payment to get your account approved, not a subscription — pay once via UPI, submit your payment reference, and our team approves your account (usually within minutes between 6am–6pm, otherwise the next working day). Once approved, every match's phone number is visible to you, permanently. No recurring charges, no per-profile fees.
Can I delete my profile?+
Yes, anytime, from My Profile. It's permanent and removes your photo, horoscope, and any matches involving it. Your phone number stays registered, so you can start fresh later if you want.
What happens if I stop using MATCHORA?+
Profiles inactive for 90 days are automatically deleted. Logging in or editing your profile — even without doing anything else — keeps it active.
